Please review the booking, payment, cancellation, equipment, and liability terms that apply when working with Danesh Production.
The clauses below reproduce the current Danesh Production Terms & Conditions supplied for this page.
A booking is considered confirmed only after Danesh Production has received a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total invoice. Until the required deposit has been received, the requested event date remains subject to availability.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.
If full payment is not received by the due date, Danesh Production reserves the right to suspend all event preparations, release the reserved event date, and cancel the booking without further obligation or liability.
Any changes to the event date, venue, schedule, equipment, or services requested by the client are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any additional charges or outstanding balances will be determined based on the services, equipment, staffing, and production work already completed or committed.
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the venue, adequate power where required, and any necessary permissions, permits, or venue approvals required for the event.
The client accepts responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to Danesh Production equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized access by the client, guests, contractors, or venue personnel during the rental or event period.
Danesh Production shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labour disputes, power outages, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Danesh Production’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services provided. Under no circumstances shall Danesh Production be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
By approving a quotation, signing an agreement, paying a deposit, or proceeding with an event booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
For questions about a quotation, payment schedule, booking change, cancellation, venue access, or equipment responsibility, contact the Danesh Production team before proceeding.
